hello,

i have a an excel file with lot of sheet's and formulas when i add data it make calculation slower :(

and i have "Calculating: (4 Processor(s)): %" at the bottom right of the workbook?
if i opened this excel file on another computer with higher model and faster should the the excel calculation be faster or i should change options in my excel file ?

thanks

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Consider whether you need so many Formulas or if you can simply copy and "paste values" over the formulas. You can also set your "Calculation Options" to "Manual" and only calculate when needed.

Try reducing needless data. A horse can carry a cinder block better than a cat(Your faster computer question), that doesn't mean you should pack around unnecessary weight.

In the end: Put your workbook on a diet.

This tells us nothing

Code:
an excel file with lot of sheet's and formulas

How many sheets, what type of formulas ???
Do you have any macros running ?
How much data are you adding....1 cell, 1 row ??
