Hi Everyone,
My friend is currently a chemical engineering student asked me to find a laptop for them. I am much more familiar with building gaming PC's and laptops so i am not sure what kind of specs they would require. They tell me that the bulk of their work requires having many tabs of engineering Excel sheets open and that this would be the largest toll on the system. I have a price point of around 650$ and that the laptop be as portable as possible. Currently I am looking at Amazon.com: Acer Aspire S3-391-6899 13.3-Inch Ultrabook (Champagne): Computers & Accessories as a viable option i was wondering if it's specs would be sufficient for that kind of Excel use.
TL:DR
Need a laptop capable of mass excel use. Currently looking at:
Question: Is this a sufficient laptop? Other options would be greatly appreciated. (~$650 and light weight)
Thanks!
