Hello,
I am trying to do the simple task of inserting sound into power point and allowing others I email it to, to hear it. Right now, everytime I send it to others it doesn't play. I put it in a shared place and sent a shortcut to it but there is quite a delay due to a large network. I also tried increasing the size allowed for objects under general options to allow embedding of the sound object, but it still doesn't work once it leaves my workstation. I have done this successfully in the past and under object properties it shows it as being contained in presentation instead of linked. I can't get it this way now for some reason. Any ideas??

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
You can disregard this. I found out that powerpoint won't embed midi sound files. Only wave files can be embedded. Thanks.
