Hello everyone

I have a pivot table that sorts data based on the date, the goal is to make this more user-friendly so that other people can use it. The pivot data I'm using is outsourced from PowerBI so I don't want to adjust it.

Basically, the date filter for the pivot table sorts the date in the format "yyyymmdd" e.g. "20230915 = 15 September 2023.

There is also 5 sets of data, 2 of which require the last working day, 2 will need to have the date 2 days ago and 1 will need to have the date 3 days ago.

So right now the only way to update the data is to change 5 inputs and use this "yyyymmdd" format.

How can I make it so that there are just 3 user-input fields (last working day, two days ago, three days ago) with the format "dd/mm/yyy" and these change the pivot data filter to the corresponding date in "yyyymmdd" format?

Any help is appreciated

Thank you!

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Hi, Nathan. Welcome to the forum!

Based on the above criteria, please see the following screenshot of the data presented with 3 User inputs with the "dd/mm/yyyy" format.
The Pivot Table requires the Last Work day, 2 days ago, & 3 days ago Columns to be Ungrouped for the format change, as noted on the Right-Click Menu included.

Let us know if you require any additional information.
