not sure if this has been asked before but running into a slight issue-

I have a data set this data set does connect to a live report.

i need to be able to sort on different things such as date of inquirty or ttracking number or date sent or other things-
when i sort by tracking number or anything the reason not assigned does not follow the sorting- this is because its not apart of the table its a column

I have tried adding it into the table but then when i refresh the data the reason not assigned does not follow the correct tracking number- sometimes it gets pushed down into a different tracking number or gets lost completly
new tracking numbers do get added and removed from the table

i am open to formula's to sort and a drop down- or using the drop down or anything open to all.
or if its a seeting i could change or what ever
columns shown are columns C-M

Column A does contain the key words (word back ) for the drop down on column M
Removed senstive information for the purpose of gaining help here- so the "test " text will have data in it we will sort by as well
Note "reason for not assigned" should only be updated by user input! this is a manual field on this report that we use. it should not be lost or placed to a different record only should be updated while its being worked by user
