Sorting rows in Excel

Hi Team, I wanr to sort my excel in ascending order. I can use simple sort filter smallest to largest but thing is any number like 15A is going at the bottom of the excel and then I have copy paste manual. Can anyone help me sort it? thanks alot

Leading Zero(s) is the answer

Hello Mr Sanjay, thanks for your reply would you mind telling me how would i got about it? I went to custom and 000.000 and sorted still numbers with alphabets in it are sorted at the end? thanks alot

I tried it out. Actually I keep Ids other way round starting with alphabets and then numbers - In that case leading Zero(s) help in right sorting.

But in your case that is also no workable as you would like 25A, 25B, 25C to appear together in order.

The only solution I can think is to keep numbers and alphabets in separate columns and sort them as per the need.
