Hi - I'm getting to grips with Pivot tables in Excel 2007 and I do like some of the new functionality.
However, I'm having some trouble with sorting page items so that the values appear in A-Z order. My data set is 'changeable' and I want the values in the page items to always list the available 'values' in ascending order. New items simply get added to the bottom of the list.
I can see how to do this if the fields are in the body of the pivot but I have many page items and do not want to pull them individually into the body and then place them back.
Is there a quicker way to do this ?
