Sorting measures in PivotTable Field List

When I create DAX measures when creating a PowerPivot-based PivotTable, the measures showing in the Field List show in the order that I created them - not alphabetical. This creates an organization program because I often have to go back and add new measures, but they should sit in the field list next to other similarly named measures (like 2016 Revenue, 2016 Margin, etc.).

Further - I know that I can change the PivotTable Display option to sort fields alphabetical instead of data source order... but then it co-mingles measures with actual columns in my table, which is also something I don't want. I want the measures grouped at the bottom as they are by default, but for them to be sorted alphabetically instead of based on creation order.

Is there any way to do this?

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
