I have not been work with Access very long, but I created a table with Names and linked it to another table using the lookup wizard and now when I create the report it sorts the names by the ID number (autonumber) instead of the Name. How do I change it so it will sort by the name and still link to the other tables?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
create a query, dont but the autonumber into it, and in the line that says sort:. make it sort by either descending or ascending (which ever way you want it to sort the names by). then make that into the report.
