Hi All,

Have an issue trying to get a daily number. My excel file has 4 columns, date, time, card reader and badge number.

So this file is for the last 90 days showing which passes have scanned which readers in the office, I want to just be able to view a graph, showing how many unique badges swiped on any given date on the report. At present it will show all swipes which would be 1700+ which is generated from 50/60 passes. If I remove duplicates then it does it across the entire date range and not just per day. Is there anything else I can do?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.

MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.
