Sorting, counting , listing help VBA

I have a list in excel in column B , I have over 20,000 cells which I would like to count similar cells. here is an example of my list.[TABLE="width: 300"]

I would like to count the entire colum B and count all the different types of coverage's listed and how many of them. Its a large list and accuracy is impartaint, thank you to whomever can help. VBA Macros is fine as well thanks.
