Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
To sort in any meaningful way, you need to put the two dimensions in separate columns and enter them as numbers; you can format them to show as fractions and add the inch sign.

Then you can sort in the usual fashion.

What if I sort it once and place it in a sheet is there way I can refer to it? similar to custom sort list

You can't have a custom sort list that long, but if you only need to do it once (because the list doesn't change) you could do it manually.
