I'm sorry i need some help here. I have a Table list that any formulas or macros would help me alot. Could you help me to sort and copying specific item criterias form one sheet to another with auto updates. In this case vegetables and fruits. I've done it manually but it would be a pain for larger list.

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
Hi,,
I don't think this is right way to do that.
I suppose to make another column as classification like this (look at column D)
Sample.xlsm
ABCDE
1NODATEPRODUCTCLASSIFICATIONSELL
2101/01/2023TomatoVegetables20
3202/01/2023BananaFruit20
4303/01/2023PearFruit10
Base

Since you are using Excel 2021, you should have the new FILTER function (not to be confused with the old Filter functionality).
The FILTER function is a new, dynamic spill function that you just enter your criteria, and it returns ALL rows matching your criteria.
So as new data is added to the original list, it should automatically be reflected on the other sheets using the FILTER function.

I think you just need a column indicating Vegetables/Fruits (as I see nothing in there currently telling Excel which sheet each one should go to!).

Have a look here for details and examples.
