Hi,

I am working on a report thats data is from a crosstab querry. The months are the column heading. there are several row headings all with data. On the report I have a textbox that sum each row heading totals (ie Year to date totals) and on the report footer I have a grand total. Then in the detail I placed another textbox to calculated the percentage. It all works fine except I want my detail section to be sorted by my percentage textbox.
Text28
But because (I assume) it is an ubound field it does not show as a field you can sort on....is there another way to accomplish this

Thanks
Liz

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Can you put the the percentage calculations in your query? then it will be a field can be sorted.
