Sort Table Columns by value in a Cell

Hi all,

Is it possible to sort a table columns based on the cell value above the table?

Training Expiry Record.xlsx
	AL	AM	AN	AO	AP	AQ	AR
1
2	M	M	M
3
4	Safeguarding - Internet Safety	Safeguarding Adults	Safeguarding Children	..	Activities & Exercise	Ageing	Alcohol Misuse
Completed

Cells with Conditional Formatting
Cell	Condition		Cell Format	Stop If True
A4:ED4	Expression	=A2="M"	text	NO

EG: if I put the letter 'M' in AQ2 then put that column in alphabetical order with the other columns showing 'M'

So, keep all the Columns with the letter 'M' in row 2 together and sorted from Col G

Once I hightlight the area, the sort functions grey out:

Thanks for reverting. I actually tried the same before sharing the link. Just now I again tested the same.

The Problem is when you select the entire columns - Sorting Greys out

The Solution - Select the area with the data - It works.

Try it and revert

In fact I tried again. It worked after selecting entire columns too... There must be some other reason then...
