Hi

I have a range of data (which will grow a lot larger than what is shown).
I would like to know how to sort the data and name together from largest to smallest.

Anyone help?

Thanks.

What version of Excel are you using?

I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)

select the area and use SORT in the menu - largest to smallest
and THEN BY - name, so if multiple names have the same value - they will appear alphabetically
