Sort data from one tab to six other tabs

Hello Everyone

Using Excel 360

Here's the file: Send large files free | File sharing | File upload | File transfer (I would have used a mini-sheet but I can't do that from my work computer and I don't have a personal computer with windows on it)

I would like to sort the entries on the D-Data tab by the 'table' column onto the other tab corresponding tabs. I have no idea where to start though. Can anyone help please?
