Worksheet 1 contains data I want to sort. WS2 contains relative cell references (=) to WS1. When I sort and filter WS1 the cell references in WS2 do not change so the data in WS2 is incorrect. How do I solve this please?

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
hi, i wouldnt put cell references between worksheets if you use filtering. perhaps copy filtered data to empty cells area, then make a link to that area. so the origin data stays intact for the next filterings.
