If you are after the first customer value meeting the stipulated conditions...

=INDEX($B$2:$B$20,MATCH($F2,IF(ISNUMBER($D$2:$D$20),IF($D$2:$D$20>0,$A$2:$A$20)),0))

which you need to confirm with control+shift+enter, not just enter.
