Snapshot with Outlook

I have a macro attaching an Report Snapshot to an Outlook e-mail. I have a feild on the form this e-mail is being gerneated from that say who that e-mail should be sent to. Is there any way to get that name into the e-mail itself so the user does have to look back at the form for that information?
