Hi,
You know how Microsoft Access has snapshot viewer? Is there any free product for that for Excel? Where do I get it?

I don't think so. However, you can lock and password protect the Excel spreadsheet so edits can't be made.

Otherwise, you can using Adobe Acrobat Writer to create PDF files from Excel. However, that program is not free.

Just as a side note:
I wanted to point out even if you have Adobe Acrobat Writer, porting multiple worksheets in your file into a single PDF can prove a painstaking process. I've often found myself having to do it sheet-by-sheet then combining them later, which is a huge pain when you have to do entire directories.
