Snapshot error

Ok,
Why when I use the following code do I get : An Error Occurred while opening a snapshot file when I can open the snapshot file if I go out to explorer and click on it?
Item = Combo3.Column(0)



stAppName = "\\server1\dir1\Complaints\Complaints Program\SNAPVIEW.EXE \\server1\dir1\Complaints\Complaints Program\" & Item

Call Shell(stAppName, 1)
