Situation: shared file to report planned vs actual demand, with a cell to explain up to three reasons why planned demand was not met.
Problem: about half the people who report the three reasons English as their second language. Using the translate tab under "Review" works very well (specially nice having the auto detect, since there are multiple languages), but it is not seamless to get the translated English comment, via copy and paste, to the cell without changing the format.
Is there an easier way? I can't use add-ins since it is on a secured account.
