Slow posting to forum

Often, though not always, it takes an unreasonably long time to access the board, open a thread, post a reply to a thread and return to the board after posting. By unreasonable, I mean up to 60 seconds, and this is with a DSL connection. I have this problem on my home PC and on the two PCs at my two jobs, so it doesn't seem to be on my end. Also, I don't have the slow connection problem with other sites.

Is this a problem with the board? Are other people having the same problem? Could it have something to do with the firewalls on my PCs and/or the use of Colo's HTML Maker?
