Slicers from one table not working

Hi,

I am a relatively new Power Query/Power Pivot user.

I have pulled in four tables of data.

1. Sold To Master (one column with a unique list of IDs.)
2. Customer (Customer sold to information, including Sold To IDs (duplicates))
3. Facts (Basically sales data, with duplicates of Sold To Ids, because we sell to the same store multiple times)
4. Materials (Product information, does not have a Sold To #).

I am able to pull all of this data in via power query without issue. I create the following relationships:

Sold To Master (Sold to #) => Customer (Sold to #)
Sold To Master (Sold to #) => Facts (Sold to #)
Facts (Item #) => Materials (Item #)

I create a pivot table. If I create slicers from either Sold to Master, Facts, or Materials, it works. The slicer works, and filters the data. If I create a slicer from Customer, nothing happens. The slicer does not filter the pivot table.

Ive checked the relationships, all is active.. I do see a message saying more relationships are needed, but I am unsure where.

Thoughts?
