Slicers for Pivot Table value column titles

Hi everyone. I have a pivot table with individual people’s names in rows and I have 4 columns of values of different KPIs (16 rows, 4 columns of values). I’d like to display these data in a bar chart with the KPI number for each bar displayed on the outside end. Thing is, I want this all in one chart on a dashboard and enable a slicer to have the bar chart and KPI displayed dynamically change to the given KPI value chosen. Appreciate any guidance.
