Skipping every 12th row from one sheet. Clarified I hope.

Hello,

I am seeking some help with a formula based on the inputs in the sample below. The "SHOPIFY IMAGE DATA" sheet data remains in sequential order when imported... S4,S5,S6,S7 etc. However the reference for sheet "SHOPIFY PRODUCT TITLE" only changes reference every 12 rows... S4,S16,S28...

Hopefully I'm explaining it well enough.
