Hi Guys,

I have added conditional format that will highlight entire row if they not contain "." (dot).
But I'm not sure how to skip the blank cell.

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Hi,
You could test
Excel Formula:
=ISNUMBER(FIND(".",$A5))

How about
Excel Formula:
=AND($A28<>"",ISERROR(FIND(".",$A28)))
