Skip blank cell in conditional format

Hi Guys,

I have added conditional format that will highlight entire row if they not contain "." (dot).
But I'm not sure how to skip the blank cell.

You could test
Excel Formula:
=ISNUMBER(FIND(".",$A5))

Excel Formula:
=AND($A28<>"",ISERROR(FIND(".",$A28)))
