I have been charged with improving the skill level of our employees in Excel and other MS Windows software.

Does anyone know of a tool than can help assess the skill level of the users?

Thanks,
Jim

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
i think it depends what your company uses say excel for.
i know little about charts, dont use them dont need them, but can get by but any test ive taken with excel i fail miserably on that section.
similarily, loads of the on line tests check to see if you know how to use all the short cuts not the fact you know how to get them the longer way.
