Size down a word doc.

How would I go about to size down a Word doc and make it unalterable? It is to be used as an e-mail form

Hi RAM,

What do you mean by 'size down' (eg reduce file size, scale font/page to a smaller size, etc)?

As for making it unalterable, you could protect it (Tools|Protect Document > Forms) with a password, save it as a secured PDF, or you could convert it to a graphic - it all depends on what you're trying to achieve.

By size down I intending to reduce the size of the doc to make it possible to e-mail to any recipient, whether broadband or not.
By unalterable I mean that these e-mails can not be altered by recipients.
I will have graphics in the e-mail and it has to be small in size.

This was my idea: create the e-mail in Word and just e-mail from the doc, but that e-mail that is received must: 1) Be small in size, and 2) be un-alterable.

Any good ideas?
