Sita got 62 and she is failed. I want to show " Stress on the all Weak Subject" in her condition

Help me Pass percentage 40

In D2 cell i use
=IF(B2>=80, "Excellent!", IF(B2>=70,"Congratulation!!", IF(B2>=60,"Satisfactory!!", IF(B2>=40, "Try to get better position. "," Stress on the all weak subjects."))))


Above formula work for Hari, Ram, Shyam, Gita because they are passed and got above 40
for Puja also formula work because she got less then 40 and failed

But Sita got 62 and she is failed. I want to show " Stress on the all Weak Subject" in her condition

Plz help me can somebody tell me formula
