Single Max value in group

I have a query which gets max value in group by clause but want to show only one max value of same group with all records of same group.
Ali 5
Ali 4
Ali 3
I want to see only.
Ali 5
Ali
Ali
How?

This should be in Access forum. If it was, I would definitely not have provided a spreadsheet solution. That said: you can better specify the table(s) you have in the following format:
