Single horizontal bar timeline

Hi,

I'd like to show in a single horizontal bar, the timeline between these three flat changes between 2012 and 2023.

Flat Start date End date
Flat A 01/11/2012 26/08/2017
Flat B 27/08/2017 08/01/2019
Flat C 09/01/2019 05/07/2023

I'd also like to add a few milestones on the bar.

What's the best way of doing this in Excel, please?
