Single column Listbox based on two criteria from another worksheet

Hi guys, hope someone can help!

I have a workbook with 2 worksheets "front" and "data".

The "data" worksheet contains 3 columns: Name; Status; and Description.
The values may appear in Name and Status several times, but Description will always be unique.

On the "front" worksheet, I need some code to provide a listbox which looks at the value in cell B1, finds all the instances where the same Name appears in the "data" worksheet and returns the Description, as long as the Status column does not say "closed".

So, it would list all the descriptions allocated to a given name that were not marked as closed.

Can anyone help please?
