Since when he/she is at the current Designation?

Hi to all, i want to know since when a staff is at the current Designation? any guidance/tip,,.,.,regards.

**Hi to all,
in excel sheet, i was given the column Headings as:
(Staff No. Name Designation-History Transfer-Date)
i was asked to find from which date, an employee is on the current designation
e.g. Mr.Nomi Transferred as BSM on 1-June-16, then as GBO on 3-Mar-17, then again as BSM on 17-Mar-17 at Y Branch of the Bank, then again as BSM on 1-Apr-17 on Z Branch of the Bank.
My Requirement date should be 17-Mar-17 as Nomi is BSM continuously (on the same designation) from 17-Mar-17 (and not from 1-June-16 or currently as 1-Apr-17)
