Simulation question.. help!!

Hi, I'm working on a simulation question and an example gives a formula as the following:
-6*LN(1-R) .. where 6 is the mean arrival time of 6 days and R is a random number between 0 and 1. How do I use this formula in excel to generate the random arrival time for a simulation of 10 numbers?

in a cell and drag to 9 more cells.
