My Pivot Table includes Date_Pulled, Record_Age, and Record_Type. This returns a table showing, by Date_Pulled, the average age of each of my 2 record types. My data also has a Notes column of freeform text that may include a specific string. I want to change my pivot table so it only looks at records that contain &Waived somewhere in that freeform test. How can I edit my pivot table so it only contains records with that string?

Unless you want the Notes column as a row/column field, I'd add a formula column to the source data to check for that text, returning True/False and then add that as a report filter.
