Hi,
Little embarassed to be asking this but here goes:
I'm trying to work out nursery costs for the future. I have a start time entered, and a finish time (0730 - 1630) this gives me 9 hours which I have set as duration - it comes out as 09:00:00 (not ideal but sufficient)
I have totalled that column to equal 36 (36:00:00) again not a massive issue.
My problem not comes when I want to subtract 30 from that total. It should obviously equal 6, but for some reason it equals -684:00:00
Things also go Pete Tong when I try and calculate the daily cost, by multiplying the 09:00:00 by the hourly cost (it shows the 0.38 instead of 9 to begin with).
Thanks all
