Simple "email from an excel list" question

I have a list of data - column A is email addresses, column B is the body of the email. Length of list varies, row 1 contains titles so data starts row 2.

I'd like some code that emails all recipients from the list their own email body. Subject is standard so I can do that bit lol.

I would have used Ron DB's useful guides but sadly they have gone :-(

Any help would be great thanks!
 

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
