Simple DAX Count formula

Hello, i am new to DAX.

What would be the formula to count only the names that have both A and B Coefficients?

=COUNTROWS(FILTER((SUMMARIZE(Table1,[Name],"C",CONCATENATEX(Table1,[Coefficient],,[Coefficient]))),[C]="AB"))

Thanks for your reply, the formula is correct, but for some reason, it returns blank. Any ideea why?
