Simple copy formlula required.

I wonder if anyone could help me with a simple formula to copy all/or part of Cell (A) contents to cell (B). In column (A) I have several hundred rows containing random length alpha numeric text strings which may contain a comma. I would like a formula to copy all of the cell contents to to column (B) if there is NO comma in the string. However if there IS a comma in the string I wish to copy only that part of the string after the comma. i.e.

A B

abcdefg1,abcdefgh2 abcdefgh2

ababababababababa ababababababababa


I hope that makes sense and someone can help
