If cell AJ4 is between 3.9% and 12.9% I want cell O4 to be coloured green.

Struggling to get the simplicity of it, any pointers appreciated.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Enter the following CF formula on cell O4:
Code:
=AND(AJ4>=3.9%,AJ4<=12.9%)

With AJ4 selected
In Conditional formatting select Highlight cell rules
then select between
Then enter your lower and upper values 3.9% and 12.9
Select your formatting
Select OK

That will format cell AJ4. They want to format cell O4 (based on the value in AJ4).
