How is it that some folks here have multiple lines to their signature block, yet when I try to add a second line to my signature, I get a message telling me it is too long and I am limited to one line?

Not sure what the current restriction is, but any signatures that existed on the old board, where carried over as-is.
The new restrictions only come into play when you create/edit a signature.

Members can enter three lines in your signature.

If you entered 4 lines then message likely said the following:

I have one line and that is all I am allowed. I get the message you show when I try to enter a second line.

@Fluff
I had a couple of lines in previous version and when converted, it only took the first line.

Seems like some inconsistencies here.

Just to clarify again - your account is just like all member accounts which is allowing three lines of signature.

Could you please paste the signature that you are trying to save?

Figured it out. I had my name (1 line), a blank line(2nd line) and a third line(link).

I was trying to add a line thinking I only had 1 line, disregarding my name and the blank. This is an ID Ten T error. My apologies. I got it figured.
