Showing the contents of a cell only if certain text is present

I have a Form which returns a nominal list of my students Training officers and staff. On the form I have a textbox which returns if that person is indeed a Student a Training Officer or Staff.
I would like if there is a way for this textbox to only populate if the person is either a Training Officer "TO" or "Staff".
