Showing mixed results in a square

Hi there,
I have four squares on a sheet each entitled
1-purchase Price
2-current price
3-purchase price stop loss
4 - current price stop loss.
In a fifth square I want to automatically put the current stop loss.
Square 3 is the key. If square 2 is below 3 then I would want to highlight that .However if 4 is above 3 then I would want to show that in square 5.
Is there anyway of doing this automatically.
