Hello,

I am using Excel 2003 and am trying to modify a formula that I input but if I double click on the cell, the formula remains instead of the output.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Not all formulas show, only the ones that I double click on and only on one sheet in my workbook. Ctrl` does not help.

Thank you,

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December

Run Edit|Replace with:

Find What set to: =

Repace With set to: =

and activate the Replace All button.

Thank you, I turned my back for 10 minutes and double clicked again and the problem dissapeared, it is a mystery but next time I will try that, thanks again!
