I'f I'm trying to show records like 1-0 2-0 3-0 etc without it changing to another numerical format how do I do that? Appreciate the help.

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Try starting to write with a ' character. Like: '1-0
The character won't be shown and the value will be stored as text.
