Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Nice work!
Minor feedback, the dates/times for the group stages are in a neat format for enabling conversion to local time (mm/dd/yyyyy 00:hh:00:00).
However, all dates/times for the knockout stages have been entered in non-date/time format (despite them displaying the same way).

I fixed data entry for the knockout stage on my copy so I could convert kickoff to my local time.
I did this by adding a column to the right of the existing kickoff day/time columns, with a formula that added the difference of my UTC to Qatar UTC (+3) divided by 24.

By example, =C7+((11-3)/24).
This gives me Mon 21.11 @ 03:00 forkickoff for the first game, being kickoff for the first match in Australian Eastern Daylight Saving time.

I then linked the existing formula for the other cells, and hid the local Qatar timing to maintain the same sized spreadsheet as original.
