Show value of a cell on a Userform.label

Label1 is the white box down and right
i need to put in Label1 ,value of range("Q3")
tried ...Label1.Caption = Sheets("WORK").Range("Q3") but it keeps sleeping

Please help,thanks for your time

Label1.Caption = Sheets("WORK").Range("Q3").Value

or

Label1.Caption = Sheets("WORK").Range("Q3").Text

The image looks like its a textbox... not a label....

maybe

TextBox1.Text = Sheets("WORK").Range("Q3").Text

I 've tried this with a textbox ,
so I did turn to Label
but same results

The code is correct so there is something else you haven't mentioned. I would guess from your mention of progress bars that you need to repaint the userform after updating the caption.
