Show sales reps with no data

Hello, I see this problem posted before but I cannot seem to figure the workaround.

I have a list of sales reps in different regions, some reps do not have any sales.

When I show in a PowerPivot and have the regions listed and the sales reps name listed below all the reps are listed for every regions.

If I uncheck show items with no data, I do not see the reps that do not have any sales.

I want to be able to show the reps with no sales along with the reps with sales.

Could someone please provide guidance?

Hi if I understood correctly you want to display all sales reps (those having sales and also those who dont have sales) but for cases having no sales, you want to see 0. If that's what you are looking for, right click anywhere in the pivot table and select Pivot Table Options. In Format area (Layout and Format tab), select the option "For empty rows show" and in the box type 0. This will display 0 against sales rep names where there were no sales.
